I worked for HLS Technologies and maintained their software documentation. I've edited and updated manuals, and have created single-sourced online help systems using Madcap Flare. Using Flare, I can export multiple versions of the same documentation - webhelp, HTML help, MS Word manuals, and PDF manuals. I have permission to share some samples of my work here.
